Was the tenant of a property MM let and managed for 3.5 years. All in all, they offered a fast and professional service and I never had an issue with them. Highly recommended.

GoogleBrand Vaughan do not give deposits back no matter how clean the property is left. As students, we feel we were treated very differently than any other regular tenant, especially for the high prices we had agreed to pay. Strongly do not recommend.

Googlei only wish i can give zero star here. incredibly poor service. never responsive to tenant requests. And refuse to return the deposit and even refuse to provide any reason why deducting deposit. very questionable why this agent is highly rated here. XDDDDDDD.
