GoogleI used Brand Vaughan on a house purchase. Unfortunately I had to pull out due to a floorplan issue that I was frustratingly unable to resolve. However this issue had nothing to do with the agency, it was simply my personal requirement. I received very good service from the people I dealt with, namely Jimmy the Manager & Sam the senior negotiator.

GoogleIf you want to Let your property, this is the agency to use! I’ve found Helen in the Lettings department to be extremely competent and very professional. She recently provided me with assistance during the acquisition of an HMO and then delivered on her promise to find good tenants to move in quickly. I can comfortably recommend Brand Vaughan on her performance alone.
