GoogleWe were renting and looked after the property immaculately and paid rent on time. They charged ridiculous fees at the start of the rental (which are now banned under law) - the highest we have ever seen. Trying to get anything done (fixing things, getting deposit returned) took repeated and eventually agressive emails before they would respond. GoogleUsed BV to sell my two bed flat in Hove. Very easy and smooth process the whole way through. Excellent communication and was able to achieve in incredibly quick sale of my property which had been on with another agent for some months. Would highly recommend and would like to particularly give credit to Jimmy and Phil who were of great help.

GoogleBrilliant service with David. Was nice to have such a friendly and genuine person showing us round, made us feel really at ease in our experience. He showed us around several properties the other day that were all suited to our needs. He was knowledgeable of the properties and was keen to answer any queries we had.

They have been very persistent on our behalf in trying to maintain momentum during a lengthy purchase process of 5 months They have also been generous with their time in allowing us into the property on several occasions so that we could take measurements.

GoogleAbsolutely great! They really Listened. We’ve been searching for a property for months with no success using various companies, websites and apps. We asked BrandVaughan to help and within 2 days we had put a deposit down! Ollie Taylor, our estate agent really listened! He heard our requirements and took us straight to two properties, both brand new on the market and both perfect.
