GoogleWe had a viewing arranged and arrived on time. Since there was nobody waiting outside, we called the office, where they told us that the agent is inside. After waiting 20 minutes outside we called the office again, and they informed us that the agent has already left without either showing us the place or letting us know that she/he was leaving ...poor service and communication towards clients, would not recommend.

GoogleI recommend tenants to save their time and find another agency. If there was below zero I would give them Minus 100 . unprofessional treatment and poor service. A waste of time to think of renting from them ... they want everyone to register in their list so they choose who ever they want . They don’t inform you so you have to call and waste your time on the viewing...

Amy Newman and Sarah McCarthy at the Hove branch were great. They kept us informed regularly through a very drawn out process which involved long periods of poor and sometimes no contact at all from our solicitors. They kept us sane by being the only people in touch with the whole chain who actually knew what was going on and frequently corrected our useless solicitors. Great service all round, highly recommended!
