Never use Brand Vaughan! They're a completely unprofessional and dishonest company. Even after successfully winning a legal case against them for breaking regulations they still haven't changed their conduct. They even ended up insulting me via email and when I complained about it, the person who had insulted me was the person dealing with complaint procedures and refused to investigate themselves or escalate the complaint to their superior.

TrustpilotAbove and beyond behaviour, however late sending the TA through
On our move in day, we were stuck in traffic and ended up having an 8 hour drive from Leeds to Brighton. We missed the opening times of the office so we were scared we wouldn't be able to move in. However Mia, went above and beyond and met us in a cafe in town so we could sign our TA and move in that day. She was a life saver 5 stars.The only small hiccup we've had is that our TA was sent to us only a few hours before we moved in (whilst on the 8 hour drive) so we didn't get a chance to read it properly before moving in. Unfortunately, this resulted in some miscommunication to us, which resulted in us owing money to our landlord which we should have never had to pay had we received the TA in time.

I recently sold a property through Mission Mackay's 7 Dials office and have been thoroughly impressed by their all round professionalism. From first meeting through to marketing and then securing a speedy sale at the full asking price I felt that my business was really important to them and that this was a company who took pride in offering a great service. The sale all went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mission Mackay and I will certainly use them again in the future.

When my son first tried to move in they gave him the wrong keys, when he tried to go and get this put right the office was closed. Many phone calls from us and they begrudgingly opened the office so he could move in. Not great for a young student away from home for the first time. Service since has not been much better with almost non-existent communication and regular failure to respond.

We now have our forever home and all their efforts to achieve this is greatly appreciated.

In the sale of our property we were assisted by Thomas Gannaway who did everything he could to find a buyer and get us to exchange as smoothly as possible.He called back when needed and provided unprompted updates to reassure us things were progressing or to let us know what the hold up was.Despite having numerous difficulties he worked through them all and did a lot of chasing to ensure matters progressed in a timely fashion.Super professional and personable he’s a real credit to the agency.

Genuinely fabulous experience. The team were friendly and regularly went above and beyond from Felix calling me to provide updates as well as offers whilst I was working in Geneva to the fabulous Dee who saved my blushes when removers hadn't quite moved everything and went in and helped clear things to the new buyers satisfaction. A truly great team effort!!!

Despite the staff being friendly, their inability to sell a house began to grate over a six month period and i switched estate agent. They had opne job and they failed.
