This is my second time renting with Brand Vaughan, and they have once again done an excellent job. Compared to other agencies in Brighton & Hove, Brand Vaughan can boast with competitive and transparent agency fees as well as excellent properties. Moreover, their staff is very helpful, understanding and responsive. In particular, I would like to complement Paige's customer service qualities, who passed on every single extra detail that we wanted our new potential landlord to know before proceeding with the referencing process.

I am rating the lettings department (not fond of the sales too much) . I have moved many times in the last 6 years and have to say that Brand Vaughan has been the most professional, responsive agency I have dealt with. We've been renting with them for almost 2 years and i think the issues raised have always been addressed and taken seriously in a small turnaround time. Special thanks goes to Charlie and Harriet. The property management is better than any other in Brighton for me so far. The letting agents have been a bit pushy at the start but we don't deal with them anymore so that's fine.

The epmloyees are irresponsible an unreliable in this agency. I booked a flat viewing two days before the meeting and came from Southampton on time.Despite I called twice the agency no one came.I waited for one of agent for 30 min then I was told that the meeting is canceled and offered another one in 10 days. Besides that the agency is located about 7 min walk to that apartment. I hardly recommend this agency to tenants.

Chelsea Lee at the Preston Park office was fantastic!Me and my partner have just bought our first property, this was a momentous and often stressful time for us, however the dedication of Chelsea to go above and beyond to put our minds at ease and made us hang in there! Whenever we had a query, Chelsea would often be able to return to us that same day with the clarification we needed. We really appreciate how hard she worked to maintain that our sale was completed within the limit of our mortgage offer, this was particularly difficult due to unforeseen set backs up the chain. We can't thank her enough for playing a pivotal role in us now owning our dream flat!

In our opinion my partner and I agree that the staff in the Preston Park office of Brighton deserve every star of the 5 stars we are allowed to give. Namely Maria, Jordan, & Amie who worked tirelessly on our behalf throughout the introduction and occupation of our tenants in the Hanover area of Brighton. As we live abroad we needed to have a trustworthy and reliable support relationship to help with any issues that cropped up, we were not able to "pop" over to attend to things that a managing agency should be able to deal with.
