GoogleI rent my student property with Helen Pope as my main contact. She has always been very helpful and knowledgeable making the whole letting process painless. I can fully recommend Helen and the Student lettings team at Brand Vaughan. However I should point out that they are expensive!

The move was a bit of a saga due to the 'on-off' capability of our buyer to be 'able to' or 'not able to' raise the cash that he needed. So we constantly had to make decisions about finding a new buyer or sticking with our guy. Through all this angst, MM provided good support, sensitive/sensible reasoned advice AND someone to moan at. Just what we needed!

Dee and Felix are a great team. They listen to the client and advise accordingly. My sale was seemles as everyone was working to the same end goal in a timely fashion. I'm normally hesitant to use the agents conveyancing team however I could not have wished for a better person. Amy has to be one of the best solicitors I have used. GoogleThis letting agency is despicable. In January my grandaughter became seriously ill, she had to be hospitalised. She signed a contract in September for a year. She would have been allowed to leave the contract on February 12th , because she was in hospital under section she was unable to let them know. Clear case of discrimination. They are so cold hearted, they couldn't care less about her all they want is 3000 pounds of a vulnerable disabled girl who is still in hospital as I write this. Steer well clear.

GoogleI had a very appalling experience with them trying to sort our student accommodation, they are very harsh on those who don’t have guarentors or they expect you cough up 6 months rent in advance, I tried getting help from my uni who recommended online guarentors to help in this situation and when asked there response was because of COVID we no longer accept that, they do not help students as much as they claim they gave up on me as soon as I explained my situation and because I’m of them I now have to give up my studies. I do not recommend at all unless you want intense amounts of stress, in my opinion very unprofessional in dealing with students wouldn’t recommend at all.

GoogleBAD customer service. Hide behind automated emails. Never willing to help you, call you or even try to provide the service they apparently are paid for. Having had estate agents and lettings agents who have been so so helpful in the past - BRAND VAUGHAN need some training!! Can never book viewings as they just email you saying sorry we cannot help you at this time. Need some serious vetting!!! You have children working for you that really know nothing about the housing market or how to communicate with adults paying above the odds to live in Brighton. SORT IT OUT!!!! Award winning!! GoogleBrand Vaughan have been excellent throughout my tenancy, they have very good customer service and are always quick in responding to emails or phone calls. During house viewings there was a guy name Ollie showing around the groups. Ollie was always smiling and was very lovely.
