I had already moved up north and I was confident that they were very capable and experienced overseeing my sale. Nightmare experience. Would give them a 0 if I could. They do the landlord's bidding, never the tenants. Watch out for damages before renting from them, they will do their best to avoid the landlord paying for the necessary repairs. Make sure you have the property inspected and professionally surveyed before signing contracts. Or you will rent a broken property for way more money than you should pay. BV students, 10 times worse.

Having bought my property from Brand Vaughan c. 8 years ago, it was a no brainer to appoint them to sell the property again. They valued the property higher than local competitors, requested a very fair commission rate and they exceeded my expectations on the offers I received. Although there was a frustrating legal negotiation, the agents and sales progressors were pro-active and attentive throughout this process. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service

Well, I don't know how to say this, but estate agents have a particular reputation, and my past experiences have not been good on the whole. Well, I also like being proved wrong. George, Tom and their team in Brighton (7 Dials Branch - not sure if that is Brighton, Hove or Preston Park) and everyone associated with the sale of my house acted brilliantly, honestly, swiftly, and were just wonderful throughout the ups and downs, and tricky bits. No call or email, however fraught, went unanswered; response was always swift and acted upon. I only know this branch, but from this I can honestly say that they were wonderful, and I would highly would recommend this team.
