Holly and Damien took care of our flat sale and purchase and provided an excellent service throughout. They went above and beyond and made sure everything stayed on track despite a variety of hold ups along the way. They communicated frequently making sure all parties were well informed. They were cheerful, helpful, professional, empathetic and one of them was always available. We can't recommend them enough.

The team at Brand Vaughan were undeniably awesome, providing superb support during difficult times for the housing market. Communication was clear, regular and their expert advice kept our house sale on track. They went over and above what you would expect from an estate agent, going the extra mile to ensure our sale progressed and we could move to our next family home. First of all booking direct with Brand Vaughan is very easy. We were very happy on the day with arrived as the keys were available straight away, you have your own allocated parking spot so you don't have to worry about any parking issues, our apartment was lovely and clean apart from the patio doors which we had to clean so we could see out of them but no great drama, all in all we had a fantastic stay and can't wait to go back next year

My purchase with no chain at all took 7 months, granted with some matters that were out of everybody's hands. However, in comparison to the estate agents who dealt with the sale of my property I found that these estate agents were happy to let weeks go by without pushing the sale on. I feel that had I not pushed so hard for the sale to go through, it still would not have happened.

I have called you discuss in more detail as we take the service levels we provide our customers extremly seriously. I would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you. I understand that your purchase was particularly difficult with the unexpected death of one of the owners mid way through the transaction, causing a substantial delay due to probate proceedings having to be be dealt with. Whilst this is something we of course could not control, we do understand the importance of keeping everyone involved aware of the progress updates as they happen. I can see from the notes on file that we had numerous communications with you via email following our team pushing the sellers and their solicitors to expedite matters quickly, I believe there were also some unnecessary delays from the sellers solicitor taking a very long time to provide detailed information regarding boundary issues that would, I'm sure have caused more frustration for you. Perhaps you could contact me directly on 01273 944800 to discuss how you feel we could have improved our service to you.

We have found the letting staff to be rude, inefficient and lacking in basic skills. We had so many problems moving in with the admin staff forgetting things and causing delays plus an inventory that is seemingly for another flat it's so different, which they refuse to amend. Long wait for any repairs issues. Worst lettings agent I have experienced and would advise people to avoid avoid avoid.
