GoogleI have found a new home with the help of Helen and Lerryn who have been absolutely helpful and kind. Moving is a stressful process in itself but finding a company that actually listened to me and considered me as a person , not a bothersome tenant as some local agents had done, was very important and appreciated.

I could not have wished for a better experience. High level of professionalism throughout and in my opinion going above and beyond in their role to facilitate a quick and pain-free sale through daily conversations with myself the seller, the buyer and the solicitors. It is at times difficult to interact with letting agencies, but I have to say that Maria has changed that for me. She has always been highly responsive, efficient and understanding, can’t praise her high enough! Special mention to Jordan as well for arranging visits out of the blue, when all other options seemed lost!

GoogleWe have had an awful experience with Brand Vaughn. I have informed them by telephone and email multiple times over the last month that we want to come off the market, but our house is still on right move and their boards are still up outside our house. It is really stressful for me to keep asking them to take the house off right-move and remove the boards but they wont. I have also found some of the staff to be condescending and unprofessional.

GoogleThey will contact you relentlessly about outstanding payments/renewals etc but as soon as you’ve moved in and paid the money they don’t care. If you have maintenance issues even at an emergency level don’t expect to have it solved with any remote sense of urgency. They will just send workmen round who knock a hammer on a wall and call it a day when the issue hasn’t been fixed and then take approx 10 working days to follow up. You will just be passed around multiple people who don’t know what’s happening and will waste hours of your life trying to explain again and again even though they were aware of this issues before you moved in. This is the fourth student lettings agency I’ve been through in Brighton and can hands down say that I’ve never had such an awful and careless experience with anyone but these guys. If you want to live in a rotten mouldy damp house with grime and cobwebs from the day you move in then brand Vaughan is the one!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dreadful service provided by this company. Told they will email me by a certain date regarding key collection and never do. Told they would ring me back regarding key collection and never do. Then informed on move in date that we actually won’t be able to move into the property until a few days later leaving us HOMELESS. Absolutely shocking from this company, dreadful communication and complete lack of customer care. I am in utter shock at how bad this experience has been.

GoogleFor a stress free sale, Brand Vaughan are the estate agents to go to. From my initial meeting with Jimmy Atkins their approach is professional and focussed on both clients needs. Karen Franks made sure the sale was completed in smooth style. I highly recommend Brand Vaughan, they are not your run of the mill estate agents.

Mollie and Josh in the lettings team and Brand Vaughan have been fantastic throughout.They suggested a higher rental valuation than other agents and then managed to achieve that rate very quickly, finding a superb candidate who viewed and then moved in within a week and half.They are both just very nice to work with.Highly recommend.

Let agreed, all the confidential documents had been shared with a third party platform. I have started to arrangements to move. All of a sudden, received an email from Brand Vaughan saying tenancy has been cancelled. I have a perfect credit history, so it cannot be about the financial check. I can only speculate what happened. Disgusting service!
