Natasha was critical in handling a tricky let. There were misunderstandings, challenges, delays outside their control, and Natasha and Jay of the Preston Road office made extra time as needed, even having an hour long meeting to sort things out. I rented a property from Mission Mackay on an assured short-hold tenancy basis, and had no problems whatsoever with the service I received. The fees were reasonable. They handled all aspects of the tenancy professionally and effectively, they communicated with me efficiently and courteously, and the property was as advertised and met my expectations. They were extremely reasonable with me at the end of the tenancy, because due to a matter outside of my control I was delayed moving out, and they were extremely kind and reasonable towards me and I simply could not have asked for more, they refunded my deposit in full with no delay, not many places will do that. I would definitely rent from them again and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I received an excellent service from the team at MM, firstly as a landlord renting the property to its final sale. The sale itself was problematic due to conveyancing issues but the team at MM stuck with me, keeping me updated and ensuring a consistent and reliable information flow between the parties involved - resulting in a happy outcome for all.The rental experience (as a landlord) was exceptional; professional & courteous, and executed with enthusiasm, knowledge and respect.Overall, in my view and experience of the buying, selling, and renting process MM set a new and higher standard in the services that they provide.

Could not have been happier with this estate agent. All members of staff were exceptionally helpful, communicative, and polite. They went to a lot of effort to gather feedback after viewings and provide this to me quickly. It was a difficult sale with a longish chain, and they went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. It was a definite advantage that they work so well with their Hove branch who were involved further down the chain. I viewed a number of houses with this agent as well and was very impressed with their sales approach. The office was well manned and I never had trouble getting through to someone/receiving call backs. I could not fault them. I've had to deal with many estate agents and these were a league above the rest.

Fantastic service, easy to book viewings and entire letting process was straightforward and easy to follow. They work with good platforms like GoodLord which makes life much easier having all documents and next steps in one place. They are also very responsive, I had a couple of things to sort out in the property after I moved in and always got a reply within hours.

TrustpilotFollowing my last review there is still a complete lack of detail that works have been completed.
Following my last review of my daughter's uni accommodation and 18 days after collecting keys the house is still unliveable. We still haven't received confirmation that works are complete to eradicate the extreme mould, fix non working fire and carbon monoxide alarms, missing keys, locks. Cleaning has finally been scheduled.

The sales team at Mishon where amazing. They really pushed hard for the sale of our home and succeeded where two other agents couldn't. We've exchanged on our property now and will be moving soon. The sales team where friendly and knowledgeable. And there viewing guide on Saturdays was really funny and a very nice guy. Hats off to the team.
