GooglePatrick helped us through the process with patience and a good knowledge of the system. No possible problem was insurmountable. He offered a drink on arrival and explained every step. Explained and watched whilst we went through the access process when showing us where the unit is. A very pleasant, helpful person. Thank you Patrick.

GoogleI recently used Big Yellow Self Storage and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and highly secure, giving me peace of mind that my belongings were safe. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making the process smooth from start to finish. They took the time to explain all the options and helped me choose the right storage unit for my needs. I also appreciated the flexible access hours, which made it convenient for me to retrieve items when needed. Thank you for making my storage experience so positive!

GoogleI could not have been happier with the support I received from staff at BigYellow Hove. It is the first time I have ever used a storage service, staff were friendly, kind and informative- and answered my many questions! I had a great experience with all the staff I came into contact with, however Jason and Kelsey stood out as exceptional at their roles. I am grateful for all the support I received at a very stressful time. Would recommend this service to anyone!

GoogleI had a very good and professional experience with big yellow here in Hove. I moved out of Brighton in August and came back in January and I came here and couple of times to clear my items. Patrick, Jason, Sandra and especially Kelsey were friendly and helpful with everything

GoogleV clean, accommodating, friendly staff. And right next to two charity shops so you can dump anything you don't want there.

GoogleA big thank you to the Staff at big yellow Hove! I run a lot of events throughout the year and this is my first time using an external storage facility. I couldn’t have managed without it. Sending deliveries et cetera directly to the big yellow has been a huge help for me this year. One final note. The manager Michelle could not do enough to help! Especially dealing without of hour requests! Well done guys! Couldn’t have done it without you!!
