GoogleMoved into the new storage this week and it was an easy process. Both Jason and Sandra are very helpful and knowledgeable. The unit is always very clean and tidy and the security in place makes me feel my possessions are safe.

GoogleI moved some items into Hove Big Yellow Storage and I've been really impressed with ease of access paired with their high level of security. A member of staff, Patrick, was so helpful and guided me through the moving process - making sure I understood how everything worked. Very happy I've chosen to store my belongings here.

GoogleWe've just moved to Hove and brought far too much stuff for our downsizing. Patrick was very helpful and patient as he carefully explained all the options and took me through the paperwork. He gave me a choice of storage units and even after I was "in" he continued to help me when I had silly problems. I haven't had a direct request from Big Yellow for a review but thought I should anyway give a public thank you to Patrick and the team at Hove. My only potential negative is the high cost after the initial period but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

GoogleFrom the moment I arrived everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, and were really understanding as we’d had a terrible moving van experience. Cannot recommend enough. They were also able to put me in contact with trusted local movers for when I take my items out of storage.

GoogleHad a great experience storing some items during a house move. Everything is made quick and easy and had great customer service from the people at the front desk. Thank you to Patrick who was super helpful during check in and managed to find us a lockup on short notice, highly reccomended storing your items here, they look after everything and make the process simple.

GoogleReally smooth check in process. We were taken through everything in detail including checking out the space before we signed for it. The unit we'd booked was ready for us, spotlessly clean and as we'd requested. Plenty of trolleys to use. Parking is a bit tight, especially with 4 dog-walking vans parked up every time we've been.
