GoogleReally wonderful customer service! I have been using this storage facility for many years, at intervals. Sandra and Jason are so lovely, kind, and courteous! I'll never use any other storage! Also super clean, well-lit, lovely facilities. Thank you!❤️

Googlevery grateful to the team at Hove for their help and support getting set up. I was very anxious but Patrick, Jason and Kelsey were brilliant. I am grateful for their patience and the time they took to explain everything and answer all my questions. I feel we couldnt be in safer hands. The whole.experience from first going online for the quote until actually moving in was made comfortable and easy to understand. Thank you

GoogleCouldn't be any happier with the service received here! The team - Kelsey, Sandra, Jason and Patrick were all amazingly helpful and made the whole process very quick and easy. Very easy to book, access is good, and prices are pretty good too! Will definitely consider coming back in the future.

GoogleThe team at Yellow Box were fantastic and made our lives so much easier. Sandra and Patrick were always quick to respond and couldn’t have done any more to support us through a stressful house move. Always cheerful and supportive. GoogleHaving never used a storage facility before I was a bit anxious about how it worked. Jason was so kind & talked me through the process & really helped me in my decision as to what size unit I would need. Today we put a lot of our belongings into the unit & found it really easy to do. He always greeted us when we were there, helped us out with any questions we had, and even called me up just to confirm something I had mentioned I was worried about. Would absolutely recommend storing your things here, it could not have been a smoother process!

GoogleEverything was easy from booking to check-in. I had to cancel and re-arrange my check-in date due to illness but this was all sorted out with no fuss by the Hove team. Stephanie, the Store Manager checked me in and she was professional , knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and engaging throughout so the whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend the Hove Team!
