GoogleStill waiting to receive my deposit back - even after the landlord has confirmed deductions and agreed. For some reason Johns & Co are delaying the return of my deposit Have sent numerous emails to ask for an update and the return of my deposit having vacated the property over 2 weeks ago. I would not trust this company with your money

GoogleI have recently moved out of my own apartment into a bigger one due to family expansion. I first got in touch with Johns&Co while searching for a new place, but soon we started talking about letting my own place through them. The whole process took some time as I had to wait for the new property to become available, but Johns&Co were very patient and were not at all trying to rush me. I found this particularly professional and appreciative. Once we started the whole process, it was all very smooth and straight to the point. I had to arrange some minor works to get the property up to spec for letting (e.g. EPC and EICR), and Johns&Co were very helpful and very affordable in doing so. Finally my property was on the market and it took them only a few days to find me a tenant. Again, the whole process with starting the tenancy was very prompt, smooth and professional. The tenant is now in and I have no doubts there will be any issues in future. Appreciate all the help and support Johns&Co provided so far, and I'm happily leaving a 5 star review for that!
