Rental of Property and Property Management -Brentford Office

I would highly recommend the rental department at Johns and Co Brentford Office led by Faid al-Jashamie. A tenant was secured quickly and seamlessly. I decided to use their property management department as I now live a considerable distance from the apartment. I have to say I was disappointed in the first few months and my lack of confidence meant I was very involved in initially managing the property. As time progressed I realised there were two major issues:- 1) the tenant was very difficult to get a response or reply from and 2) the property manager was totally over worked trying to manage too many properties in more than one geographical area. Thankfully, Johns and Co, were aware and resolved their issue by reducing the number of properties allocated to the property manager to a sensible level. Communication between the property manager and myself improved and I was able to step back. The end of tenancy proved quite difficult but thanks to Param Virdee's professional and consistent approach throughout a successful conclusion was reached. I observe that Param has gained a lot of experience in the past year and has proven himself to be a reliable and diligent property manager who I would happily recommend. Thank you to everyone in the team at Johns and Co Brentford and wishing you all success in the future in your new office.

Jose Pereira was amazingly helpful in sorting out issues we have had with our property ever since we moved in. He is very diligent in his work and higly committed to providing the best service as a property manager, focusing hours of his time to ensure our problems are given proper consideration and that they are resolved as soon as possible. While Jose surely deserves 5 stars for his great work as a property manager, our experience with the previous property manager from the Agency was less than ideal. Before engaging with Jose and seeing his commitment to helping us, our rating would have definitely be different, but our perception of Johns&Co considerably improved due to his efforts.

Jose Pereira has been amazing!

Jose Pereira has been a life saver so far. We’ve had many property managers before him who spent months trying to resolve the many issues in the apartment. Jose’s dedication and hard work fixed them in a few weeks. There’s still some lingering issues which Jose is supporting on. He’s very understanding and provides the best support. Would’ve given 5 stars if it were for Jose only, cause he’s been truly amazing - but removing 1 star because of the many horrible and unprofessional property managers we’ve had before him.
