After 8 months, I have to say, The renting experience with Johns&Co is the worst of the worst experience ever in my life with a real estate agency. The first day we moved in, we reported a bunch of issues: the hob wasn’t working properly, a few lights weren’t working, the washing machine wasn’t working, the oven wasn’t working… until this very day, the hob is still not working properly, the lights are still the same, the washing machine is broken again, they told us to fix it ourselves???🥹I’ve given up on trying to communicate with them, because every single person in this company, from top to bottom, no body gives a shi*t about the tenants. I never regretted anything in my life, but I regretted that I trusted Johns & Co with my life 😭 We just want to live here peacefully and do not want to cause any problems, but they don’t let us😫 We left a review on here shortly after we moved in and they tried to make it disappear and said it wasn’t true😖 so we had to provide all the information for trustpilot to keep it. Oh, and before we moved in, we viewed another flat in the same building on the second floor, I asked the guy if there was AC in the flat, he said “yes, and you can control it through your phone”, we were very excited, because we assumed every apartment had air conditioners. However, after we moved in, we didn’t find anything that looked like an AC unit, asked Johns and Co, they said I shouldn’t have assumed that every apartment would have AC, only some luxury apartments have it. 😭 I asked our neighbours, they said only 8th floor and above have AC😭 so we know who’s lying. 😢😢😢I’ve seen some people say this company doesn’t give deposits back to tenants. I will have to pray every day from now on so I can get my deposit back😭Anyway, please avoid this company at all cost, and hope nobody gets bullied by them again 😢

Pro: professional services, prompt advert and finds tenants fairly quick, each step is achieved in good manner and order.Con: I had bad experience before when other agent didn’t transfer rental to me in time. So I asked and confirmed about the transaction plan carefully. However 2 days after the last day as they promised to send the money, I had to ask the team in writing to request the rental. Only until then I was told there’s “technical issue.” If you are not too keen to pay mortgage or other planned spending, this is a professional agent, including being slightly late in paying rental in a professional way. BTW I have not received it and this is the 10th day from tenant move-in.

This is a scam company. G77 legacy building. they charged you £2000 for existing damages for a building that was 15 year old when i live there for 6 months, and they never want to give u the deposit back. they asked me to throw away the beds and mattress due to damages, then suddenly they charged you for it. same with existing scratches etc. they never bothered to check inventory reports. no service after sales, everything damaged, then they charged u for it after u moved out. pure scam. please avoid this company, and go for OPENrent or Foxton etc. avoid johns and co at all cost

Sardar is the only competent and prompt agent here. He communicates effectively with both parties, genuinely cares and brings both parties to a mutually agreeable decision. Having him as our property manager has made a huge difference to our satisfaction in the way concerns are addressed which has not been the case with Johns & Co prior to this.

Best tenancy process I’ve had since living in London over the last 10 years. Both Rahan & Victoria have been super helpful, friendly and most importantly very responsive throughout the process, which is very rare with a number of letting agents I’ve worked with before. Would definitely recommend, had no issues on our side with the property (so far!) and when we’ve had queries, they’ve been quick to attend. Communication has been very honest and clear throughout.

They are so crazy that as a tenant I experienced twice the door of my flat being opened by their colleagues as well as subcontractors without being informed first. There is no security at all.

Within hours of asking, they had a number of prospective tenants already lined-up and it didn't take long before one of them accepted. Throughout the process Johns&Co have demonstrated professionalism, speed and effective communication with all the tasks necessary. GoogleThese guys were fantastic for us from start to finish, particularly Dominic and Dyaun. They found us a buyer pretty quickly but sadly we ended up in a long chain. They managed to hold on to our buyer for months and months whilst doing an an amazing job chain-chasing. I didn’t realize how much of the job is spent making sure other people (solicitors and other EAs) are doing their jobs properly - clue: they were not. In the whole chain, Dominic was the only one with any sense of urgency about him, which meant he drove the whole process throughout. So happy to have had him on our team otherwise it would have fallen over at several points, I’m sure of it. Thanks again guys!
