GoogleOn my process to look for a flat, I contacted Foxtons and Gaby was the agent who i was more in contact with. Sharing with her my conditions and situation she empathised totally, even if my requirements were not easy. Approachable, friendly and really professional. I would deeply recommend her, she makes you feel supported. Really greatfull for her assistance.

GoogleWe were a little reluctant to sell with Foxtons as other estate agents offered lower rates, but after trying a few other agents first we wish we’d chosen to sell with them from the start. The service was a different level with Foxtons - their sales team were engaged, friendly, helpful and always available. Chris Howard provided an excellent service, paying attention to detail and always keeping us updated with any progress made. Joanna and Chan were also superb. We had tons of viewings in a difficult sales climate, they negotiated a fair offer and managed the process through to exchange of contracts with total professionalism. Top quality service and definitely worth the slightly higher fees.

GoogleIt was a struggle to get our house sold but we always felt the staff at Foxtens were supportive in every way. In the early stages Chan, Harvey, Andy and Gary brought prospective buyers round for viewings and they were always friendly.They understood the stress both my daughter and I were under specially as I had had a couple of cataracts ops during the Summer and I was having blood pressure problems and my daughter is diabetic and has an underactive thyroid so at times her sugar levels were erratic. In the latter stages when we encountered problems with the seller here in Lincoln Tom Wright, the manager at the Chiswick branch, took control and liaised with the agent here in Lincoln on a regular basis and with our solicitor to ensure everyone was kept up to date Our emails and calls were always answered promptly. Tom seemed to do the chasing around all the houses to ensure we got to the point of exchange as soon as possible.

GoogleI had set up two viewings for properties on Arlington Road, St Margaret’s more than 48 hours ahead. Two hours before the appointment I received a call saying the tenants had not been notified in one property and in the other property the tenants were away and the agent didn’t have keys so could not show us around. Considering that we had more than a two hour drive and were already almost at our destination by the time I received the call I find this totally unacceptable. This agent clearly is not capable of managing tenants and viewings and if these were my properties I would seriously reconsider my choice of agent. Our house is also on the market and my agent has keys and shows people around when I’m not there, which is entirely normal.
