GoogleMade an offer, the landlord accepted, paid the deposit, signed the contract, made all arrangements for moving (like hiring a storage place, sorting out accommodation for the weeks prior to my moving) and I was told by the agent the place was already mine. But just now I was told the landlord had accepted a different offer and I'm left with no house. Outrageous... Not professional at all. Do never go with them...

I have worked with many agents over the years and I can honestly say he was by far the best agent I have ever come across. 10/10, he exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond through the journey. GoogleChan would be a credit to any estate agency but more importantly Chan is a decent, balanced, well-informed, well-read and well- rounded person. Ideally, I would have purchased my dream flat from Chan. Even when that didn't happen, Chan remained available, proactive keeping in touch and interested in my purchase. Would highly recommend Chan to you.

Navigating the difficult journey to find a new home, in the sea of sameness of Let Agents; it was a breath of fresh air to meet with someone that really CARE about it. Joseph and Foxtons have gone above and beyond to find the right place for our family in record time and for that we are gratefull to them. GoogleI purchased a three bedroom flat Oct 2021 from Bruno Elworthy, the Sales Negotiator in Foxtons' Chiswick Office. We signed the agreement in April but completed in Oct. This is a hard case because of the shared ownership legal work and cladding issues for mortgage. However, Bruno and his colleagues are extremely helpful to help us to go through it step by step, by effectively coordinate with the landload, the selller and two side solicitors for paperworks, also promptly communicate and feedback to us. I am deeply impressed by his and Foxton's working efficiency, reliability and professionality. Thus, give my five stars strongest support without any reservation for future buyers!

GoogleI had a perfect property agent (Zaid) who processed everything that needed to be done, even I know that renting a flat with double references as I am a student is a headache in itself and he managed to give it his full efforts and they paid off!! I am really happy with the way Foxtons are still dealing with my tenancy, always on the end of the other line when I need them. Make sure you ignore the reviews who said the staff are so rude.
