Genuinely in shock by how awful Workspace are. We have wasted so much time over the past 6 weeks, and clearly our biggest mistake was expecting Workspace to be a even semi-functioning organisation.If you attend a viewing with workspace, you should know that every figure they tell you, from rent, to service charge, to contract length, is utterly meaningless.They will change each of these figures at multiple points throughout the subsequent process with no warning, and no explanation other than 'sorry, we made a mistake again'. Genuinely, every figure we were given both at the viewing itself and in subsequent emails turned out to be absolute rubbish.Just to give a sense of how pathetic they were to work with, they changed the terms of our agreement multiple times claiming they had previously made errors in what we'd been promised. Even after this, we still accepted their revised terms, and got to the point of receiving an official offer letter from them, and being ready to sign contracts. Then, out of the blue, they suddenly decided that the previously agreed rent price did not include service charge after all. This is despite their own previous offer letter clearly stating that the rent price included service charge.I cannot express how sincerely I would recommend any potential customer to run a mile from Workspace. Awful.

We are currently based at Clerkenwell Workshops which is a brilliant location and the building has all the facilities you could hope for including a lovely communal outdoor space. The building manager, Liliana is always so helpful and patient; the staff really help to make this such a positive and welcoming place to come to work. Love it!

Excellent. We took an office in Exmouth House just before COVID, and they were generous in deferring our start date. The building is great, set in the heart of Exmouth Market, with a huge roof terrace with spectacular views over the City. We have been able to do up the office how we want it, and the Building Manager is always helpful.We found Workspace through an estate agent but we wish we'd known about them earlier, as they have hundreds of offices we'd have been happy to work in.

GoogleOn December 17, I went to see the house I saw on the internet. After seeing the house, I gave the information requested from me to Mr. Hüseyin, who came to show me the house. I informed Mr. Hüseyin that I had to leave the place where I was currently staying, and he said that the house I viewed was suitable for moving. He said he would meet with the landlord and send all my documents. Two days after the meeting, they requested a holding deposit to close the house for viewing and said they would pay it back if the result was negative. When I wanted to get information about the house again, I could not reach Mr. Hüseyin. Finally, I left work early and went to the agency and when I got there, Mr. Hüseyin told me that they had given the house to someone else. He told me that they rented the house to someone with better conditions, but until I went to the agency, no positive or negative feedback was given to me and he wasted my time. And he said that the landlord would probably give me the property but in the end he didn't even answer my phone or call me back about the property. In the end I felt cheated and disappointed that my time was wasted. Working with this agency is really a big waste of time.

Workspace is by far THE WORST company I ever had to deal with!!!They will take your full deposit and provide the worst service in general throughout your lease. Long story short:1. Around April time I received an email from the CEO of Workspace Graham Clemett offering a 50% discount on rent to help businesses during COVID. How thoughtful! Our lease was expiring at the end of April, so I decided to wait for the final invoice to arrive and then settle all the bills.2. As a part of our lease agreement, we had to reinstate the office back to its original condition, so I hired an independent contractor.3. End result: Workspace invoiced us 100% rent for March, April AND took our full deposit worth three months of rent as well, after I have invested into refurbishment and prepared the office for the next occupant.5. On top of this, Workspace sent me an email to say that they will be taking a legal action against us.6. UPD: I will never recommend or work with Workspace again and will always choose Regus over Workspace.

The company I work for lease an office space in Gray's Inn Road, which is managed for Workspace by Vihra and Beata. I would just like to say that the reception team is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We have had no problems with the serviced office and facilities provided. The event organized are shared with the Workspace around the corner, The Records Hall where some of my team enjoyed a fabulous wine tasting last week. Workspace destroy small, independent, creative companies and micro business. They claim that they promote smaller companies, nothing could be further from the truth. They’re only interested in big corporate companies with loads of money. They are constantly rude, unhelpful, cheating you on the finer points and they are loads of hidden extras. I rented a unit for 3 years in South London, when I arrived it was a fun, happy and creative place to be in. As soon as Worksoace moved in, the atmosphere changed and became negative, avaricious and gloomy. They double the rents with no warning, most of the micro business of designers/makers who were jewellery, textiles, attitudes, fashion, photography, sound technicians, carpenters were all forced out.Thanks Workspace.
