As first-time renters, we had a lot of questions and weren’t entirely sure how everything worked, but Claire made the entire process so much easier for us. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to clearly explain every step, which really reassured us and made us feel much more confident throughout the process. She was also very responsive whenever we had questions and never made us feel like anything we asked was too small or unnecessary. Overall, Claire went above and beyond to support us, and we’re so grateful for how smooth she made our first renting experience. We couldn’t have asked for better help!

I was looking to find a property suitable for myself and two others, and we stumbled across one managed by Cousins. The whole process - including viewing the house, being given advice and liaising with the landlord - was handled smoothly by Cousins and we felt comfortable and clear on our situation all throughout. Highly recommended agency! Claire worked with me and my partner throughout the process and ensured that we had a smooth transition the entire time. She answered all our needs promptly and catered to all our requests efficiently and affectively, and thanks to this we are now in our new home loving it! We got in touch with cousins in june 2020 to rent a nice flat in Harringay. The company has soon proved to be very reliable and professional, promptly sending technicians if needed and being very responsive and helpful in general. when the owners sold the flat we were renting about 2 years later, cousins found us another place nearby that was just as nice, so we really can't complain at all with their service. highly recommended!

I sold my property through Cousins. While they aren't the cheapest around, they had an honest discussion about the price point given my timelines and then were able to get several offers meaning I was able to exceed asking price. It was then a difficult sale (solicitors not communicating effectively), but Tom from Cousins was there whenever needed to translate between them and actually keep things moving. I would highly recommend Cousins to sell a property in the area.

A great place to work (The Record Hall Workspace)

My company is based in The Record Hall Workspace and I can tell you first-hand that it is a fantastic place to work. The people are incredibly friendly (most notably Beata and Oriella who are always warm, kind and happy to help). There is always a good bubbly vibe around the building with great food available at the archive cafe near the entrance. Would definitely recommend to those thinking of moving their business there. You won't regret it.

Awesome Party at The Mille

We had an awesome party with our Workspace team on the 26th June, the food was incredibly delicious the games were thoroughly enjoyed and the music was really good and we loved the photo booth, everyone was having fun and this was all very well planned and hosted amazingly by Maria, who made this happen. The Barley Mow Centre is a great hub for small business. From the recently refurb'd units to the large reception/cafe with lots of tables for meetings and sofas for relaxing, it really is a great work space. Stay away from Liam

We rent the office in Bow for half a year, everything went really well but when we check out, the manager Liam is so bad. He said we are rude without any reason, yelling at my colleagues and made him really sad to cry at home. My colleague can not fall asleep after the emotional damage. Hope the company can pay more attention to the training of the employees and do not let people like Liam working as the manager of the building. It is a disaster to the brand and the company.

We had a great experience buying our first home with Cousins and this was due to the fact we dealt with Tom. From our very first phone call to our completion 7 months later, Tom has been outstanding. If it wasn’t for him I think we would have given up halfway through. He not only kept us in the loop at every stage he coordinated other professionals and chased them up on our behalf. He answered every question we put to him and kept us calm and reassured us when we got stressed or confused. Tom simplified everything for us.
