Pattinson estate agents still keep emailing me despite me requesting that they remove me from all of their databases due to extremely poor service. Don’t their staff know what GDPR regulations are.

I called regarding an issue with maintenance and also to ask for a document I hadn't received, i spoke with Sam Coulson and he couldn't have been more helpful, he told me how to report the issue but also that he would let the team know I was reporting to to ensure it was dealt with and I had also received the document I had asked for before I even got off the phone!

Fantastic service from Keith Pattinson estate agents in Whickham. We had been let down by other estate agents in the past and they were the fourth company we had used. We were beginning to lose hope. After signing up with them, they managed to sell our house within two months. We now couldn’t be happier in our new home. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Having met with and used other estate agents in the Tyne and Wear area, I can genuinely say that Pattinson's are second to none. They provide a service which I can only describe as excellent. I have been very impressed with the whole team at Pattinson's, but especially the Bedlington branch, who I currently deal with. They have literally went above and beyond in order to help me. No matter what issue arose, I was made to feel that nothing was too much. They have been professional, great with communication and very easy to deal with. Genuine 5*

Arranged a viewing for 23 Elsing Close, only for a Pattinson representative to call me back asking to change it as they had double booked. They arranged the appointment for 2 days later. We arrived for our appointment 5 mins early and sat in the car as there was already another person viewing the property we waited for them to leave and as they did we observed another couple pull up and proceed to get out of the car and go into the property. I then walked to the door, at our precise alloted time, only to have a Pattinson representative ask if we could wait 5 minutes as there was already someone in there viewing the property. ??? NO, I told her we were not willing to wait again, as our original appointment was for 2 days earlier. How unprofessional are these people. Then, later that afternoon I received a text asking how our viewing went and would we please give our feedback. I called to give my feedback verbally and convey my total distane at their lack of professionalism. I then clicked on the link to post my review but I couldn't as it kept saying I had already completed the survey, even though I had not !!!!!. What a crock. We have a property to sell however, Pattinson Estate Agent will definitely not be handling our sale and I will certainly be spreading the word.

Lisa sharp at the Morpeth branch. Every phone call left me feeling like she cared more about the buyers 5 dogs and the furniture they had in storage than the family she was actually working for. We felt stuck in the middle between trying to accommodate the buyers via Lisa (she was relentless and to her credit was doing a fantastic job for the buyers, buyers own reviews of Lisa on here are testimony to this but wait… who was actually paying her had the sale gone through ??) and being let down by the housing developers delays. Some honest and constructive advice for Pattinson, you’re not just dealing with bricks and mortar, after the sale fell through less than two weeks before completion (I suspect you had more to do with that than you’d care to admit Lisa) my autistic child has refused to unpack their boxes and suitcase and put their bedroom back together and we are really struggling to bring her out of a shutdown that has persisted for over two weeks now. I recommend training for all staff in neurodiversity so you know what you’re actually dealing with when your customer advices you that this needs your understanding and consideration during the sale. On a separate issue and a word of warning to be aware, when the buyer requests details of your customer’s broadband provider, I advise you check what they are up to and advise your customer (that’s the vendor just in case you weren’t sure Lisa) accordingly. The buyers cancelled our internet by placing an order with BT to take over our line on a random date before we had even reached a point where contracts were to be exchanged, then pulled out of the sale but failed to cancel the order they’d placed with BT, this left us without internet for over a week while the cancellation process went through and the new order to reconnect us with EE was placed. Needless to say the stress caused by that final straw left the air blue 🤬

Had my mams house valued a while back. Had 4 agents out inc Pattinson. Was still a sensitive time so we put it on the back burner until we are ready that’s 6 months or ago now and Pattinson are the only agents who have ever called to chat and we where we are with things. Beth spoke to us earlier and talked us through all the worries and concerns we have about selling. Finally feel ready to sell the house now getting a call every couple weeks was a reminder we need to get things sorted. Sunderland branch is a credit and flattens any horror stories about agents being magpies just getting you to list and sell for what they want and not you!!

I would highly recommend Pattinson Estate Agents Whickham branch. When I walked in, I was met with friendly and helpful staff, namely Ian, Lyndsay, Tia and Taylor. The team went above and beyond to help me understand the process and make sure I was happy every step of the way. They were professional and knowledgeable at every interaction, taking the time to answer my questions. Ian gave me a free umbrella! They were also patient and understanding in what can be a stressful process. I am so pleased with the outcome and recommend this branch to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

The Auction Team were very efficient and although I didn't manage to sell my property via auction I was kept informed of progress every week without fail. All those I had contact with were professional and very pleasant to deal with. Special mention to be made of Natalie and Brooke who were particularly helpful and always very nice to speak to.

From the word GO Lisa Sharp at Pattinson bent over backwards to help us secure the house we wanted. However, despite the fact that our solicitor was ready to exchange on the date required by the seller, the purchase did not go forward because the other side were not ready. This pattern kept repeating itself until my husband and I completely lost confidence in their word and withdrew from the sale. Lisa Sharp continued to help us, finding a property that we could rent for six months with our pets. She was kind, understand and behaved with the utmost integrity and professionalism at all times. I could not recommend her, and the firm that she works for in Morpeth, highly enough.

After 2 years of using Pattinsons as rental agents they've recently let me down in many ways. They are disorganised and have poor communications in the rental section. My complaints have been belittled and I feel under valued as a client.
