Poor, you don't double check an agent by phoning and checking everything is ok then spend hundreds of pounds on a hotel in full,for them to tell you 10 minutes later circumstances have changed.. "no what you mean is you and your team don't speak which has now become my problem and its off the market..." NO PROBLEM IM £300 IN THE RED DUE TO YOUR DISORGANISATION......

Absolutely abysmal. No floor plan and then forgot to place the property onto the 3 biggest property websites. Then tried to turn it around by doing what we asked but if they did all the relevant things in the first place why would anybody need to leave a poor review

You would think its fairly easy to arrange viewings wouldn't you. Definitely not with these clowns. Tried to arrange 2 viewings this week. Total and complete amateurs.They adopt the approach of:"Why communicate in one email when we can do it with maximum confusion multiple emails and phone calls...."I've a good mind to write to the property owners to advise them as to what kind of sh/1t-shower they have engaged with.....

Graham Nisbet from the Blyth branch and his lovely colleagues have been absolutely amazing during the whole process. We recently used the Pattinsons Durham Team to market our property and found them to be highly professional throughout the process. We achieved a very successful sale which was due in no small measure to the efforts put in by the team, who were all able to deal with our sale in a seamless manner. Our sale was due to a family bereavement and the team were very empathetic and considerate in this respect which we appreciated very much, particularly when we had an offer withdrawal at one point in the process, as they were supportive and put things into perspective. My experience with Pattinsons (in Newcastle upon Tyne, West Road Branch and Wendy Burbridge on the conveyancing tracking team) has been excellent throughout. Darren at West Road branch has the widest possible experience and expertise and knows every aspect of the property market, and I was able to profit hugely from this, selling a flat during a difficult time of rising interest rates etc. His personal support and reassurance were invaluable, and a suitable buyer was found within a short space of time.Wendy tracked the process of the sale extremely efficiently, she was really reliable and committed to the task and our communication throughout was superb, this is so important during conveyancing, and she supported the process in every possible way, leading to successful completion.I was totally satisfied with my experience with Pattinsons and would certainly use them again and recommend to others.
