I was very happy with all of the staff involved with the letting of one of my properties and also the sale of one of my properties. It was nice to have a named contact each time and not be passed around. Brittany Della and Luke were all very friendly and helpful in Gosforth branch and Darren was very pleasant and professional from the West Rd Branch. It was also easy to get in touch with everyone

TrustpilotI honestly don’t know where to start
I honestly don’t know where to start, as I don’t think words can fully describe how amazing Steph has been. As an introvert, I don’t always have much confidence, but Steph made every part of the process so much easier for me. She was always patient, kind and understanding, and had such a lovely way of dealing with people. She genuinely knows how to make a stressful process feel simple and manageable.

TrustpilotPattinson Estate Agents, Jarrow
Pattinson Estate Agents, Jarrow have just handled the sale of my house. From the beginning to the end all of the staff were very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. When there was a problem with legal matters, Alison was amazing, she went above and beyond to help us to resolve the issue and always did so with a friendly smile and sympathetic ear, I cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend this branch to sell or buy your home.

Recently used Pattinsons Whickham to sell my mams house, we wanted a quick sale as she had moved into other accommodation. Ian was great he advised us down the auction route and was very attentive and explained everything step by step to me and my mam. They kept us in the loop every step of the way! Can’t thank them enough! Thank you again!

GoogleWe used Pattinson for our house sale, as part of a complex move across the border to Scotland. While the legal firm they use for their bundled service, Core Legal, was disappointing, the Pattinson team themselves were brilliant from the initial meeting with Dan, through the photos and listing details, right to the chasing and updating of multiple solicitors and parties from Hilary and team. We're so grateful for their efforts, patience and support throughout a stressful few weeks!

TrustpilotAdrian Lindsay 12/10
Adrian Lindsay was the estate agent I had with dealing with buying my first house and I can’t praise him enough! From start to finish he was helping me when I needed it, keeping me updated with everything that was going on. He would also chase things up if I was unable to just due to work and would also give advice too. I really appreciate everything he done for me and i would 100% deal with him from now on and would recommend him to everyone!

GoogleI recently sold my house with Pattinsons Houghton branch and all the staff I dealt with from the start were brilliant, they were all so helpful. I experienced a few issues with my first buyer dropping out and delays with solicitors, Hilary was there every step of the way, chasing people for updates, keeping me informed and generally just being an incredible person who helped take away some of the stress. Hilary was always polite and helpful and incredibly tenacious in getting updates whilst I had multiple melt downs along the way! I can’t thank Hilary and the team for enough ❤️

TrustpilotIt's genuinely a shame that a 0 star…
It's genuinely a shame that a 0 star review is not an option. We were misled and deceived by this auction company and their lack of compassion, empathy and understanding actually shocked me. This is not a company I would want to deal with ever again and I would purposely not bid on a property if I knew it was them behind it. It also concerns me regards the agents connected with them who put their trust into their process.

Thank you for your review Colin. We take complaints seriously and have investigated the concerns raised. Having reviewed the circumstances, we found no evidence to substantiate the allegations made. Our Auction Manager also provided the relevant call recording to you both, so that the conversation and the information provided could be considered in full.
We appreciate that missing out on a property can be frustrating and disappointing, particularly in a competitive auction environment. However, the outcome of a property transaction is not something our team can always control, and we believe it is important to distinguish that disappointment from the service actually provided.
We remain committed to acting professionally, transparently and fairly with all customers, and we are confident that the evidence available supports the actions taken by our team.

TrustpilotFirst class service for rental and selling of your home.
Jason and his team at the Jarrow branch have been absolutely amazing. They looked after our home when it was with them for rental and then the selling of the home. Jason and his team throughout the whole journey from start to finish have out done themselves and handled everything. The team were there at hand when we needed them and always give a can do approach, called me.back when promised and mitigated throughout the whole journey. Jason was a phone call away and an absolute angel with us, he has a heart of gold and like his team goes that extra mile to support. Jason you are a credit to the company and have a fantastic team.

TrustpilotReally disappointed
Really disappointed. We instructed Pattinsons to manage a rental property for us and were promised they would look after everything for us. Sadly the experience has not matched the promise. The communication has been shambolic. Repeated requests from different agents within the agency about the same things which have been communicated to them time and time again. No internal joined up working. This is unfair on both us as landlords and our tenants. The repairs and maintenance service they offer is also extortionate. £100 quote to replace a bathroom lock. I’ve requested to escalate this to a formal complaint now as the service offered is completely unprofessional

GoogleFrom the start of having to put our family home up for sale Dan was so reassuring/sympathetic and patient with our questions.
Hilary was so proactive in chasing both solicitors and whoever needed to be. I felt completely safe knowing she was acting for us and kept us updated and was in touch throughout.
