I missed out on buying a perfect first home because they couldn't be bothered to answer my emails. Then the owner managed to sell through a different agent.Worthless company. Don't use them.

I have just completed on the sale of my house in South Shields and the service I have received from everyone at the South Shields branch has been exemplary. From start to finish Danielle and Emily have been brilliant to deal with and have helped push things along every step of the way. This is the fourth house I have sold and this has been by far my best experience. I will definitely be using Pattinsons again

The sales negotiator, Jamie Millen, was helpful during the auction process, arranging viewings, answering my questions, and after the auction maintained communication, which ensured that the purchase got underway smoothly. I am pleased to be acquiring a property within my budget.

I am very impressed with both Julie and Caitlin. Both delivered at pace and were exceptionally polite and very good listeners every single time I called. Even when I wobbled for words and had been a bit lengthily, they allowed me time to think and to speak. My experience with Pattinson Estate Agents was poles apart from that I had experienced other estate agents nationwide. Not just in Durham or Sunderland.I need no prompt to say I would 100% both recommend and use Pattinson again. Hazel

Poor customer service. Made several enquiries to view properties and they rarely follow them up. Very unprofessional, don't seem to keep any kind of record or notes either. Also advertise properties that aren't even for sale.

Absolutely brilliant estate agents! After living in student accommodation for 3 years it was time to find a home. We spoke with several other estate agents about different properties and either never heard back or had very poor communication. Pattinson's got back to us immediately and booked us in to view a gorgeous rental (more than we ever expected to have for our first home!). We were kept up to date throughout the process, it was really easy and the agents were lovely to speak with! Once we were accepted they helped us move in ASAP and are continuing to help with our queries. All in all extremely professional, friendly, and well run estate agents - we will likely use them again in the future!

From the initial valuation and the production of virtual tour video every member of the Cramlington Branch have worked extremely hard providing a quality personal service, both on the sale and purchase. It's a very stressful time selling and buying however the staff always had time to listen to our questions and helped to make it all happen as smoothly as possible. Horrific,Absolute bullies who treat you appalling, have no regard for your privacy or confidentiality and enter the property without you as the tenant permission, giving you the fright of your life and forcing you to write to your landlord and the managing director of Keith Pattinson. Avoid at all costs.

Currently renting a property from them, they bend over backwards to get you in but that's it, report any maintenance issues to them and nothing happens its up to the tenant to do all the chasing to get anything resolved, terrible service
