GoogleFrom the moment I was introduced to Hegartys the experience has been nothing but positive. Accommodating in terms of valuation and photo appointments with Chantel and Emily, ensuring that the valuation was realistic and the photos were the best. Once the property was on the market, both Carla and Molly could not do enough to help, ensuring I was kept informed often (mostly daily) which was a breath of fresh air and the pressure taken off me. Thank you Hegartys, will 100% recommend.

GoogleMy partner and I moved into the property on 23rd October, when we moved in there was a lot of mess which we had to clean up (not sure if this is the Landlords or Estate agent responsibility to clear up). There is also building rubbish in the garden and front garden which has still not been moved although we have been told this should be cleared before we moved in (it has now been 4 weeks of chasing) The radiators at the front of the house aren't working which the Estate agent has called 5 plumbers out (all of which advised the same issue of a power flush) I got a phone call today for the 6th person who should be able to fix the problem. I am writing this review because I have tried to communicate with Hegartys even prior to moving in and I'm shocked of the lack of communication they have provided and updates. I work from home full time and have done since April so the last thing I need is the stress of chasing up progress. My Aunty has called them as she is concerned and still no progress

GoogleI was passed over to this company when my previous letting agent closed and since then getting repairs carried out is a nightmare. I had to threaten them with citizens advice to get someone to look at the damp problem which still isn’t fixed and is now considerably worse. They implemented a new online system to book repairs and my house is not on the list so I can’t use it. The whole service from them is lack lustre.
