Hegartys Estate Agents Houghton Le Spring reviews

Sorry, I would be under Lauren Northorpe. Just heard of an experience from somebody else who had the same lack of communication as I DID. This is the reason for my review. For example, we rang you guys on a mutilple occasions in regards to sale of the property. Got told I would get call back this (this never happened) was dating back to July 2019. Also still waiting to this day for the call back in regards to the white goods in the property. Took the initiative to go straight to the seller to get the price. Didn't get any where with you guys. Months later after Completing our house it was still showing on your website for sale.

Hegartys Estate Agents are professional, friendly and supportive from beginning to end of the buying and selling process. Carla has been outstanding in moving our sale towards completion. I would highly recommend Hegartys to sell your home.

Hegartys were brilliant from start to finish of our buying process. Helpful and efficient, very friendly. We dealt mainly with Carla, but all of the staff were great. I hope we have found our forever home, but if we were to ever sell, I would definitely use Hegartys.

Using your services was worth every penny and I am so glad I choose to sell with Hegartys. I still can't believe we sold the house within 4 weeks of being on the market given the state of the property market at the minute and got the price we wanted! I am so grateful for the support you all offered during the process and the communication. Your team took full ownership/accountability of try to get the house sold and it was brilliant to not have to chase any of you!

I've dealt with Hegarty's for the last year - mainly with Shannon Lane; and they've always been helpful and provided a great service. Glad the company is going from strength to strength.

Me and my partner and little boy have recently started renting a property with hegartys and i must say we are having a wonderful experience with jade shes been so quick at getting any little problems we have found in the property sorted in a matter of days whilst treating us with amazing kindness along the way . Couldn't have wished for a more responsive, kind and understanding agent.

Darren takes a personal pride in his job and understands what’s needed to stand out in the market. Personally when it came to selling my property with Darren it was a very quick smooth process. Pre-marketing to get interest, great photos, appointments on the day of listing and offers 12 hours later, even challenging the chancers. Could not be more happy with how it went. Thanks again Darren

Darren helped sell our home nearly 6 years ago. Not only that, he also mediated the sale of our new home and every step of the way he was communicative, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Next time we are in a position to sell or buy I would not hesitate in asking Darren to handle it all again. Totally recommend.
