GoogleI’ve many mutual connections with Darren, spoken with him and admired his online work for some time and have no doubt from that catalogue of evidence that he’s an exceptional estate agent and others isolated experiences of one moment in time should be discarded. No one is perfect. But as close to it you’ll struggle to find over Darren.

From first point of contact through to the viewings, then the purchase and right up to receiving the keys we found the Hegarty’s team very polite, professional and efficient. Hegarty’s did their very best to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend Hegarty’s if selling or buying a property.

GoogleDarren is just utterly dedicated to his work, he is incredibly knowledgeable and is very quick to respond. He can sell houses that other agents struggle to sell. He is successful, very friendly and easy to contact, always getting back to you. He uses every tool at his disposal, including social media to advertise the properties. I cannot recommend Darren highly enough.

GoogleDarren is just what you look for in someone that's selling your home. Someone that listens to your requirements, gives advice from his experience and is easily contactable. If you're looking for someone you can trust, and to sell one of your most important assets.. Your home, he's the guy that will help you on the journey however he can.

GoogleHave a couple of properties managed. Rachael is management contact. Practical, knowledgeable and efficient. There is an app for maintenance issues that does not seem to be able to put all your properties into one place and needs every quote approved or not rather than just picking one quote and having the rest provisionally declined by default. Overall works fine.

Molly has been the main contact for the sale, and she has kept us up to date with what's happening, and any updates from the seller. She's been very organised getting everything arranged! I've also spoken to Carla a few times to arrange viewings, and she's also been very helpful. Edit to add now we've completed on our purchase: Hegarty's are a really brilliant estate agent. They're always really helpful and very proactive chasing things to ensure everything is running smoothly and gets done. Carla in particular is really friendly and conscientious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleWould Highly recommend Hegartys to sell your property. Got a little stressful at times as Property Took 10mths to sell from been up for sale to finalising due to house having shared access. However, staff from hegartys kept positive and managed to get approx 25 potential buyers through the door. The girls in the office were very pleasant, helpful and approachable, keeping us informed at all times. Many thanks to Chantelle, Ashley, Carla, Amy, Molly and anyone else involved in the sale. GoogleBoth Carla and Chantal have been amazing from start to finish. Chantal advised us on which solicitors would be quickest for our sale which turned out to be a great recommendation and Carla was fantastic to deal with throughout. Always on the end of the phone or an email away. Carla chased our buyers solicitors every day to help speed up the process of our sale. After our flat was on the market for a year with another agent and with very little interest, Hegarty's took fresh photos and sold the property within a month or so of it going on the market with them. Thank you, I could not recommend highly enough!
