Also throughout my stay, if there was any problem in any of appliances they helped to get solved on priority. Special thanks to Stephanie, she was very helpful and made my family stay so comfortable that it has become memorable stay in Horwich, Bolton for lifetime. I would highly recommend for RC.

This company is truely a 5 star company and if you want the job done “right” they are the company to go to. GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Redman Casey. Cath was such an amazing sales negotiating ensuring it all ran smoothly. On-hand to answer any call promptly and chased sellers for answers/really good go-between when we were awaiting responses from solicitors. Other staff members were as equally diligent and would highly recommend their services.

One of the great things for me was their attention even after the sale had been agreed right up to the final moments when funds had been transferred they have been in touch every step of the way. FacebookFrom the start Redman Casey stood out. After meeting David the other estates I asked around for a valuation seemed boring and there was nothing about them. They sold my house in 3 days and I was moving in 9 weeks. Lucy has been amazing through my sale she's an absolute star. She has resolved every issue and has been proactive all the way though the sale and even helped with my purchase as the other estate agents were beyond crap! They also recommended KBL solicitors who have been amazing though all my issues. Do not use Winder Taylor Smith as if they are on holiday the cover is crap. This is the 2nd purchase they have delayed for us because of this. Nick at KBL is more proactive and a dream to work with. I will be using them again as no one else measures up in Horwich, you get what you pay for and the quality service you receive here is second to none. Thank you so much to a wonderful team who I would recommend to anyone.

FacebookRedman Casey set themselves apart from the rest every single step of the way. Lots of people told us to go with the cheapest estate agent because 'it's all just about getting on Rightmove' ...oh how wrong is that! Redman Casey came in to their own AFTER achieving full asking price for us, just weeks after going on the market! All the staff are amazing, with a special mention for Kirsty Perry as she was our dedicated contact. Due to circumstances lower down in the chain, there were complications which were completely outside of our control, but Kirsty kept a handle on it, and at times even took it upon herself to undertake tasks which other estate agents in the chain should have done but hadn't. Kirsty proactively contacted me every day either by phone or email to keep me up to date with the progress. Redman Casey have demonstrated to me the importance of having a good estate agent on your side at a time when you are arguably the most stressed you will ever be in your life! Redman Casey made moving home the exciting time it should be. We are delighted with our new home and want to thank you so much for helping us make it happen. Thank you!

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of a relative's house with Redman Casey. From the first call to arrange a valuation through all the stages of the sale, the Company were extremely efficient. As we live some distance away, they looked after the house, arranged viewings, for a house clearer and a cleaner - who all did a splendid job. The online brochure was excellent and particular thanks to Alice and Bev.

FacebookCan't fault this company! I would highly recommend using Redman Casey if you are looking to sell your house in the Bolton area. I switched from another company after becoming disillusioned with my previous estate agent. The upturn in viewings was incredible and a buyer was secured within a month of my property being advertised with Redman Casey. Dan kept me well informed throughout the sale and I found the whole set up very professional.
