They weren't even our estate agent, they were the estate agent of the property we were buying, but they were so easy to deal with, extremely helpful and we thought they gave us more information and updates than everyone else put together. We dealt with Daniel and we have been recommending him to all our friends and family since the move.

FacebookAn excellent team who are very prompt and friendly. Their service is great. Special thanks to Steph and Jenny who made my move hassle free. A few days after moving there was a problem with the heating system. Janet and Steph helped to get it sorted out very quickly despite being out of office hours. That was simply outstanding for me. FacebookHad a brilliant experience with Redman Casey. They are always prepared to help, explain and go the extra mile. We bought our house as first time buyers and lockdown disrupted the process significantly, which made a process that we were already unfamiliar with became more scary. The women at Redman Casey made sure that we were reassured and followed up our queries in no time at all. They also worked with our solicitors to ensure that we knew where we were upto in the process. Before lockdown, all emails were responded to quickly and by all members of the team, who were all friendly, kind and personable. We also really felt that the viewings were appropriate and fair, we didn't feel as though houses were unecessarily embellished. If we were to move to a bigger house in the distant future, we would definitely use Redman Casey to sell our house.

We have now bought a house from them and sold one with them and in an industry that has so often left a bad taste in my mouth it’s nice to work with some agents who genuinely care about their clients.

FacebookRedman Casey staff were really helpful from the offset when my parents started homesearching. The staff were really knowledgable, and always took that extra mile. When a questioned was asked by parents,we always received a call back with a solution. All of the staff at RC clearly have a passion for what they do. We would definately reccomend, and use again, whether it was to sell or purchase a new home. thankyou all for your hardwork, commitment and patience 😀

GoogleI rung Redman Casey twice in one day and wasted my precious time providing them with my details and trying in vain to arrange a viewing.I was told they would ring me back but alas after 24 hours,no contact.I then rung back and spoke to charming Dan.He obviously hasnt completed the course on how to speak to people correctly and so he was abrupt,rude and hung up on me!He did tell me that they had no record of my contact details,it must be that Janet(my original contact) hadnt completed the course on taking details and logging enquiries so she lacked the necessary skills.Considering the staff are so bad at the basics,it is astounding to think that they manage to sell anything.Well done Redman Casey for your hard work and initiative!

Selling a unique home comes with challenges, however the enthusiasm from Sean and Janet, and their focus on finding the perfect buyer, resulted in a completion 14 weeks after listing.
