Their knowledge and experience in the local housing market is evident. Daniel and the whole team are polite, friendly, efficient and great at communicating with both vendors and buyers. GoogleJust sold our house and could not have coped without Janet Casey’s support. She and her colleagues were just amazing. Thoroughly professional, very quick to respond to enquires. It’s been over 23 yrs since we last moved so we needed lots of advice which was very forthcoming. Redman Casey are very knowledgeable about the Horwich- Lostock area and they have so many local networks so they are able to go above and beyond what’s expected. No problem that they can’t solve. We shopped around at the start and their competitors fell short of our requirements…..Can recommend Redman Casey 100%.

FacebookWhilst the outcome of my dealings with Redman Casey wasn’t what I wanted, and it’s fair to say I was a little frustrated. It’s how a company deals with problems and in fairness David took the time to ring me personally and offered me some valuable advice on my quest to find a rental property, being quite a novice in the world of private renting and being self employed I’m hopeful his advice will be useful in the future. As a small business owner myself and knowing how busy I am, it was most appreciated that he did this.

GoogleAvoid using if you can. From the minute we signed up for a rented property to the tenancy ending/keys hand over, the staff we dealt with where extremely rude.Treated me and my wife like we was inferior/second class people. Awful experience

GoogleI was dealing with the sale of a property in Horwich on behalf of a friend who had relocated overseas and simply picked RedmanCasey from the abundance of signs in the area. It proved to be an excellent choice. I cannot praise this agency high enough. Their attention to detail , customer focus , on several occasions not being a local person I called upon them to go beyond being a selling agent , they sourced gardeners tradespeople and a local solicitor, The responded to every request made with enthusiasm , and efficiency. I have sold several properties ( none in this area ) and have NEVER come across such a reliable , honest , trustworthy estate agents. I would have no hesitation in recommending RedmanCasey , their only shortcoming is that they do not operate in my locality , if they did they would put a lot of agents in this area out of business . GoogleHad a brilliant experience with Redman Casey. They are always prepared to help, explain and go the extra mile. We bought our house as first time buyers and lockdown disrupted the process significantly, which made a process that we were already unfamiliar with became more scary. The women at Redman Casey made sure that we were reassured and followed up our queries in no time at all. They also worked with our solicitors to ensure that we knew where we were upto in the process. Before lockdown, all emails were responded to quickly and by all members of the team, who were all friendly, kind and personable. We also really felt that the viewings were appropriate and fair, we didn't feel as though houses were unecessarily embellished. GoogleRedman Casey were the estate agent that I recently purchased my house through. They were fantastic at keeping me informed at what was going on and when we received the homebuyers report were more than happy to revisit the house and go through each point that was raised. They were extremely knowledgeable about stuff such as building regs, renovations etc. We were unfortunately affected by lockdown during the purchase but this did not stop them being really responsive and keeping in touch on a regular basis. I spoke to them much more than the estate agent I used to sell my property. After the completion they were still on hand for any help and advice we needed.
