It had been an absolute pleasure purchasing our next home in Adlington via Redman Casey. The Redman Casey team were very friendly to work with and professional. From the moment of having our first viewing, right through to communicating with the Sales Negotiator, the process has been a very smooth and professional experience. A special thanks to Kath Green who was our main point of contact through the sales process. The viewings with both David and Sean were also great, the team were very friendly and welcoming. For comparison, we had enquired about a different property on the same estate but with a different estate agent (**esters) and our experience with Redman Casey was by far a much better experience. Hello David, My Mums house sale was completed today and that is 5 months from instructions to the money hitting my Mums account. I think that is pretty good. I called in today with the keys, deeds and planning permissions and Bev Shepherd gave me a THANK YOU card for placing the business with you. A diamond amongst stones. From the moment we had our viewing to the day we got our keys for our new property, they have been outstanding. Words can not describe the service i’ve received from Redman Casey who were not my estate agents but the agents of the people i bought from I was allowed to view the property as many times as i wanted and i was shown around with patience as well as receiving incredibly useful advice from an experienced valuer who encouraged me when i spoke about what changes i wanted to make. Then throughout the sale, Bev kept me up to date every step of the way and showed incredible patience when my own sale held up my purchase by an extra 3 months. I honestly can not thank the team at Redman Case enough. Not only will i recommend to family and friends but i have no doubts where i will go if i ever decide to sell again.

This has been my first experience purchasing a house, and Redman have been brilliant! We met Janet when first veiwing the home which we fell in love with and she was fantastic! After putting in our offer we started to deal with Dan who took us through the process. He was friendly and informative throughout the process and ultimately we got the house of our dreams!! The whole team have been very friendly when we needed to call and Dan has been very hands on making sure we were taken care of! When we wanted another veiwing prior to moving to start planning the space they were more than happy to accomdate! We finally completed today and the whole process was so easy and stress free, and when we picked up the keys they seemed genuinely as excited for us as we were! Would highly recommend!

Having sold our property through Purple bricks, we first came across Redman Casey via the property we wanted to buy (listed through them). The difference in agents couldn't be further apart. As with PB, you get little support or interaction the minute the sale goes through, so were very lucky to have Redman casey on hand to assist us on the onward chain. We more or less dealt with Dan throughout the whole process (which became a 7 month ordeal until reaching completion with a lot of frustrating delays along the way!!) and cannot praise him enough. Such a down to earth guy who went above and beyond the usual to get this over the line to completion. Redman Casey offer a genuine personal approach like no other. Keep up the good work

Absolutely amazed with the staff at Redman Casey, they have supported me massively with my 1st house purchase. There is absolutely nothing to complain about what so ever! If anything I want to say a massive Thank you to Bev Shepherd, I felt she went over and above her day to day duties. She helped me sort out roofers, Gas men and Electricians as I didn’t know any companies in the area. She always responded to any questions I had so quickly and never once didn’t know the answers. Redman Casey have made the process feel so easy and not stressful at all especially with the delays faced at the beginning due to the issues in China around the Coronavirus. Not to mention the support I have received from Janet Casey who is one of the 2 directors. She has also gone over and above due to Coronavirus by offering to drop my keys off at my current address. That offer was amazing but not practical so she chose a location for us to meet that was closest to me for my convenance and at a time that suited me. Which she didn’t have to do, this means she has gone out of her way once more while still trying to run the business. Amazing customer support from them both and if I ever need an Estate Agent again I know where I will be going.
