GooglePurchased a house that was being sold through Redman Casey, and couldn't have dealt with us any better! Bev in particular was lovely, had all the time in the world for us. She kept us informed on each and every update from the Seller's side and when we turned up to get the keys they had put together a little welcoming box with some moving in goodies! Lovely group of people, who we'll happily do business with again, whether that's when we sell our current property or decide to purchase again!

GoogleWe have just bought our beautiful home through Redman Casey Horwich and I could not fault them. Bev was our main contact and her personal service is second to none we are property renovators so we deal with a lot of estate agents and we have never experienced service like Bev’s. We had regular contact and Bev chased solicitors/sellers etc and with her help we managed to complete in 6 weeks. We will never go to another estate agents again. GoogleIf I could give personal reviews I would but as a whole, the experience we had through Redman Casey was a very mixed bag. Bev was a great point of contact and was very helpful. I’d argue at multiple points she was significantly more use than our solicitors. She helped us through a difficult, time sensitive situation with a chain we were in for a house purchase and gave updates quickly and kept us in the loop as much as possible . David Redman showed us a lot of the properties we looked at and eventually the one that we purchased. He gave us a fair bit of false information, examples being that a “brand new boiler” was fitted by the sellers. Only to discover 6 months later (long chain, long story) that the boiler was 21 years old and not in a great working situation. No heating was lovely for the first week and a half. He told us specifically there was no water meter which when we picked up the keys came as quite a surprise when we got told where the water meter was on a note from the sellers. I’d echo some familiar things I have seen on the reviews going back to before we put purchased the property etc, such as viewing requests being ignored which is annoying but seemingly every estate agents does that.

GoogleAfter inviting three local estate agents to value & pitch for the sale of our property in Horwich we chose Redman Casey. A wise choice. Sean valued the property 13% higher than his peers and the property sold within 2 weeks for the asking price with two other potential buyers disappointed. We chose to stay in the property for the viewings, confirmed in advance by Bev and Dan. Janet Casey attended all the viewings personally, which were handled in an efficient, friendly manner. Considering the number of properties on the firm’s books it was remarkable what a personal service Janet is able to deliver. As she says, she loves her job, and it shows, as evidenced by her considerable knowledge of properties’ sale histories within the area and her almost continual availability. Janet returned all our calls or emails promptly and was proactive in managing relationships with our buyer and respective solicitors. Her gentle nudges of all concerned made the process as low-key and uneventful as it could be. Thanks also to David Redman (EPC) and Pete for some great drone shots. We’d recommend Redman Casey without hesitation.

They were helpful, open and honest throughout the process and always took our calls and answered emails quickly. I would particularly like to thank Janet and Daniel for all their help and not forgetting Beverley, for dealing promptly with our telephone messages. After months of relentless search, tens of viewings, several rejected offers, I felt deflated and almost cancelled the viewing at short notice anticipating that I was going to waste my time again... but I decided to go, thankfully! Janet was very personable and instead of trying to push a sale as other agents did, I felt her approach was very natural and relaxed. Once I have put my offer down and it was accepted, Janet kept in touch at any time of day going above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to her, Beverley and the Team, I have found exactly what I have been looking for for so long. I still cannot believe it and I am in love with the place! GoogleWe can highly recommend using Redman Casey to do the job right! We decided to use Redman Casey to sell our mum's bungalow, because of the excellent reputation they have within our town. From the first point of contact, we knew we were in good hands. Daniel and Janet were brilliant - from selling the bungalow immediately and then helping sort out and solve various issues and stresses along the way. They went above and beyond - chasing things up for us, making extra phone calls they didn't necessarily have to make and getting answers to our important questions. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I was sometimes asking crazy questions. I always got prompt reply’s to emails and was kept up to date at all stages. I had previously had my house up for sale with a different agent and they were shocking, I was extremely happy with the service from here. If you are selling a house use this agent.
