GoogleI cannot thank you enough. If you're looking for an estate agent Bolton, I highly recommend this company. Each and every member of staff goes above and beyond. We had a traumatic moving day due to the removal company (nothing to do with Redman Casey), I cannot thank Janet enough for keeping me sane that day and mediating in coming to a compromise with our buyer for collecting the remainder of our items. All of the team I have come across including Janet, Kath, Shaun, David are true professionals at their job, friendly and very knowledgeable. When driving around Horwich and Bolton, you will probably notice many Redman Casey for sale / let signs.. they are popular for good reason.

GoogleCannot fault redman casey at all. We had a long and arduous journey but out of all this one of main areas of stability was Redman Casey.
They have been thorough, professional and efficient throughout. To cut a long story short we went through several buyers through no fault of ours or the estate agent, but RC were always quick to pick us back up again.

Put simply, we wouldn’t have sold our property and moved into what is our now forever home without intervention from Janet which frankly, was above and beyond the call of duty. There were a couple of occasions where our buyer threw a spanner or two in the works, not least because of the pandemic. Nevertheless, Janet took it upon herself to act on our behalf, renegotiate, and ultimately got our sale back on track. I’m definitely one for supporting local and it is apparent Redman Casey care an awful lot about the community and surrounding areas. I wouldn’t think twice in recommending Redman Casey to anyone looking to sell their property in their catchment area. GoogleMyself and my husband put an offer in on a property and the offer was accepted this was end of November 2020. The sale of the property due to various reasons was held up. Little did we know this property was kept on the market and 2 weeks before completion we was gazumped- as far as we knew we was the only bid on the property. There was no indication of any other interest from other buyers until last minute we found this very unprofessional as when a sale is going through it is usually (sold subject to contact) HOWEVER we are so glad we didn’t get this property as a property for much more money and potential became available and we managed to complete within 3 months. Couldn’t possibly say how bad our experience was with Redman and Casey they don’t care until they get the sale. GoogleWhat a truly professional and outstanding estate agents. Janet & James assisted me with advice and contact numbers for tradespeople to help me prepare the house for sale and Dan kept me updated every step of the way throughout the sale. He gave me feedback on viewings and assisted me with finding a conveyancing firm whom were amazing as well. Yvonne assisted me with viewing other properties and knew the type of home I was looking for and gave me some excellent honest advice.
My house sold within 10 days and buying and selling was completed in two and a half months during a pandemic and lockdown. I can honestly say Redman Casey genuinely do go the extra mile even to the point of contacting me after I had moved to let me know my neighbours had a parcel for me.

In a long chain there are inevitably hold ups with regard to solicitors. Janet was amazing in contacting other people's solicitors and estate agents to make the process go as smoothly as possible . From our first viewing (which we were able to do very short notice on a Sunday morning!) to moving in day, all staff were really helpful throughout the purchase, and we were really pleased with all communications. They kindly passed messages between the seller and ourselves very effectively and efficiently.
Redman Casey also worked really effectively with our solicitors, KBL, who we also had a great experience with.
