GoogleRedman Casey were brilliant when process of my house! Janet always kept me in the loop and liaised with all parties to ensure a smooth sale. This is the second time I have used Redman Casey and I cannot recommend them highly enough and If I needed an Estate agent in the future, I would look no further than Redman Casey. GoogleI just called this agent to view 2 properties to rent for a 3 year tenancy agreement and they were argumentative and rude. In the end David Redman actually said that he wasn't bothered whether we viewed or not as he could give our appointment to someone else. If you want to deal with an agency who are full of their self importance then these are ideal. We will be advising our employer to avoid dealing with them for all future lettings too..If you like to be treated with respect then avoid this company, if I could put 0 stars then I would.

They knew what area and kind of house we were after and as a result let us know straight away when our dream property came on the market and ........ we were lucky to view it the very next day and our offer accepted 2 days later! It was a delight to deal with Daniel and all the team - they were always prompt and courteous to any queries we had and 6 weeks later we moved in! Couldn't fault them. They have great local knowledge and have always given good honest feedback and advice about the properties before marketing them. Great communication during the sales process and they even went above and beyond to deliver on a particularly tricky sale. They are a local team other excellent local knowledge which really makes a difference as both a vendor and a purchaser. Communication is efficient and effective and I was kept informed throughout my transaction. I would definitely choose them again should I be in a position of moving house. A 5 star service.
