GoogleWe sold our house using Lancaster. Right from the start they were very friendly and helpful and the photos were great. Then through the actual selling process, Lancasters were the only people helping along the process with us the sellers and advising the buyer simultaneously. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleLancasters were just amazing, from start to finish. I would certainly recommend to family and friends. Ben carried out a virtual valuation which was clear and informative. The photos were fantastic - the team booked plenty of viewings, liaising with myself each time. I received prompt feedback after each viewing, along with a couple of good offers. GoogleThey have done a house up as a project next to us and I have been left without water, alarms going off, fly tipping and finding there rubbish on my car window (happy to post pics of necessary) with new one dealing with it, that is making my home unbearable to live in.
