Googleif i could leave NO star i would, i rented a house off them for 3 years and to say they did nothing the house or to help when there issue is an understatement, they even let themselves in the house to rip up the kitchen floor and left me without a kitchen floor for months... would never use them again or recommend them to anybody.... worse estate agent in the whole area... be warned......

GoogleJust sold our house using Lancaster. Right from the start they were very friendly and helpful the photos were great. Then through the actual selling process I felt Lancasters were the only people helping along the process with us the sellers and advising the buyer at the same time. I would definitely recommend them.
