GoogleWe recently bought a house through Lancaster's and it was a pleasure to deal with them. From the first visit to collecting the keys they were always very good at communicating and Danielle was exceptional when it came to finilising the deal and chasing for information from agents/solicitors. Would happily recommend them.

GoogleThis agent will do anything to gain a property let. Their staff lie to perspective tenants and Landlords alike. The tenant will be promised anything to sign an agreement without this being agreed by the Landlord. I unfortunately chose them to manage my property and it has been a complete nightmare. Now trying to cancel the agreement and being threatened with legal action. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord stay well away !!!

GoogleI pity anyone who is trying to sell a house with this comapny called on satureday twice to try and view properties no answer even though the web site said they we open. left two message and no call back what a shambles

Furthermore, the few missed calls we had on that day all got a call back by our director who was working. GoogleMatt and the team were fantastic throughout the whole process from the point of booking in our initial valuation to arranging viewings and giving us our feedback. They were patient with us given our employment set up which is not always flexible with booking in viewings, and kept us fully up to date every step of the way..
