During this time, and as Jake has grown in his role we have found that we have received a high level of service for our properties that we can rely on. As we have 6 properties between 2 branches of Leaders, this high level of service is very important to us as there is so much to deal with & sort out in our already busy lives. We have used a few estate agents over the last couple of years and have to say that Leaders are by far the best! I had quite a few concerns in the beginning but Rebecca and the team went above and beyond to make the move-in process an enjoyable one. There were a couple of stand-out moments for me: 1.) The attention given to each of the questions I had asked prior to move-in day. Instead of just answering with a simple yes or no, time was taken to explain things, investigate and give proper feedback to each question. 2.) I had a few concerns about the property which I had raised with Rebecca prior to move-in day. Everything Rebecca said would be done, was done and even more. Our expectations were superseded by far! 3.) The amount of feedback given throughout the process. We were kept up to date with everything. 4.) The very thoughtful move-in day gift box, which was handed to us when we fetched the keys from office. I would recommend this company to everyone, both owners and tenants. I feel they really do have your best interests at heart.
