The whole process from start to finish has been unbelievably quick and efficient and so much smoother than I'd expected.. Jasmine is so tentative and always there to keep me updated through out every stage and always ready to answer questions and seek answers to my requests and since the very start of my journey to search for a property, Jasmine has showed care and understanding of all my requirements. Jasmine is an Asset to Leaders Horsham and should be proud of her own ability to be such a genuine agent as well her professionalism and care. All of this has made my whole experience so much more refreshing as I was nervous to start with but has left me very relaxed and stress free as Leaders/Jasmine in particular has done everything for me and instructed me at every point what is needed from me to progress further. Even going as far to contact me on days when she isn't even working. I'm so grateful for Jasmines support through out this tough period I'm going through as she definitely deserves recognition for her service. Her service is above and beyond! Best regards, Tom

We recently started rented a property through Leaders and dealt with Jasmine who was always very friendly and professional. She was great in helping with the processes for viewing. Leaders use some really good digital systems for making the paperwork nice and easy. Trying to secure somewhere quickly over the christmas holidays was not without stress and at times it did feel like I had to do a lot of chasing, as calls weren't returned or promised emails didn't arrive, so my review reflects that. But overall we're happy and appreciated the nice welcome package we received from Leaders.

We recently rent through Leaders Horsham. Our letting consultant was Samantha Foster. What a lovely and charming young Lady. Amazing from the start to the end. This is kind of person who will go 10 miles for you in order to make you happy and accommodated She welcome us at the property and showed around without rushing and being able to answer every single question. She comes across as a person with outstanding customers service. She was able to replay to every single email within hours and speak with Landlord on our behalf in regards to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble and she always available if I phoned her. Even after let has been agree she kept us posted in regards to the referencing and work progress on the property. Such a pleasure to work with from the first viewing to moving in. I also must mention Jasmine who was able to help me when Samantha was on the other line or not in the office, what an amazing team player Such a good soul, polite, kind and helpful. If I would ever run an Estate Agent I will hijack both of them Those Directors should be proud of having such an amazing and devoted team. Would definitely recommend this amazing duo if you're thinking of moving houses!

We would like to thank Jasmine Barnes for her invaluable help, kindness and professionalism in a difficult and embarrassing situation for us. Me and my partner left the house without a key and when we realized it was closing time for the branch. When we got there Jasmine went out of her way to get spare key even thought it took more then working hours. Without Jasmine's help we would probably spend the night on the doormat :)

Through what has been a very stressful time, Annabelle has been nothing short of amazing. She moved extremely quickly to help me secure a flat and has been there throughout the process to answer my questions quickly (of which there have been lots) Annabelle arranged and accompanied me to the flat to help me take some measurements - and even held the measuring tape! This is our first time using Leaders and the team were amazing in helping us secure a move in the middle of a pandemic and were more than accommodating with questions and help considering we took the property without seeing it. Leon, the property manager has been nothing but amazing. We had some issues with beeping house alarms and broken boilers and Leon couldn't have been more helpful. He talked us through the online reporting system and then was immediately onto rectifying the issue. There was constant contact from him from the start of the reporting process right through to completion and he was always fast and efficient in his replies. He has really helped the stress levels stay low in this household. 10/10 would reccomend.
