GoogleI have been letting my small portfolio of four flats in Horsham through Chloe Copestake, senior lettings negotiator of Leaders Estate Agents for the past two plus years and have found Chloe's professionalism and service exemplary at all times. The branch staff too have always been most helpfully and courteous and their lettings fees slightly more competitive in comparison with other agents within Horsham. I would highly recommend using Leaders of Horsham to both Landlords and future Tenants.

GoogleThe lovely Kat found us our beautiful home and we have never felt so grateful and happy. We laughed our way through 4 different viewings in different houses & at one point actually laying on the floor to see where our bed would fit. She made us feel comfortable at every moment and we felt open to talk about anything with her. She’s amazing and so far had a good experience with Leaders in general. We started renting property through Leaders, and were very happy with the way they dealt with issues from both the owners and renters perspectives. In particularly, the attention to detail with the inspections and follow up on maintenance issues was impressive. So, when we became owners ourselves, and subsequently left the country, it made sense for us to rely on Leaders to manage our property.
