GoogleReally happy with Leaders, rented from them for about 15 years now and they are brilliant especially Nadine who always deals with any issues very quickly which luckily aren't often but if there is anything she and the property management team are on the ball straight away. The property management team are always available to answer queries by telephone or email. Requests are dealt with efficiently and I value the personal service provided by the team as I live some distance form the property. There is a good line of communication with the tenants and property visits are carried out at approximately three monthly intervals.

Jake communicated well and dealt with the issues as they arose during my tenancy with appropriate speed and effectiveness. This was my first experience of renting, and I felt well supported by Jake and his team.

GoogleLetting a property for the first time has been an experience made much easier with Chloe and Sam’s support. Amazingly quick let and attention to detail. Since we are new to the letting business, we’ve needed an amount of support and haven’t felt any question is too daft. We’d highly recommend the Horsham Branch of Leaders.

GoogleWould not recommend Leaders they firstly failed to tell me in time my gas safety certificate for my tenant was due and then 6 month later fail to tell me my EICR (electrical safety certificate) is due - at no point did they communicate via telephone or text when something urgently needs doing !!! very expensive considering the lack of service!!!
