GoogleEverything you've ever heard or feared about estate agents these guys managed to live up to. Tied me into a four month sole agent contract, didn't return phone calls or emails, failed to change the price after a reduction for nearly 2 weeks, arranged and confirmed viewings without confirming with me first, failed to give feedback on viewings despite numerous attempts to contact them.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and sell with someone else.

We strive to deliver an excellent experience to our customers and it’s disappointing to hear that you feel you haven’t received this from us. It can be noted that while the contract you agreed with us was sole agency, based the concerns you had we did offer to change this to Multi Agency which would have resulted in a slight fee increase but only payable to the agency who achieved the sale; we offered to waive our 2 week period for this change once new contract had been signed but understand this was declined. We regret that you feel we hadn’t been able to offer the service expected of Leaders during your dealings with us, we’d like to offer our apologies for any dissatisfaction caused throughout your experience.
