Great experience with the Petersfield branch. The agent Siobhan Merrett was extremely professional. I found her refreshingly honest in an industry that has a reputation for hyperbole.Mrs Merrett thoroughly explained the letting process and corresponded with me at every turn. I felt that my property was safe in her hands and she quickly found a suitable tenant.I would highly recommend working with her.

What a fantastic company! After almost losing all hope with many letting agents, I had the pleasure of dealing with Henry Adams. From start to finish Alex was fantastic. GoogleBuying a house is probably the most ridiculously stressful experience, but if you have an Estate Agent like Ali Martin, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Time and again she has kept me sane and I have felt both supported and valued by her on numerous occasions during this process. Everyone always writes about the bad experiences, but Ali has literally been the difference between me pulling my hair out and us actually getting to buy our new house on time. GoogleWe have just sold our house with Henry Adams having originally purchased it through them 7 years previously. We were very impressed with them as buyers and so our decision to list with them, this time as sellers was an easy one. I cannot fault any of the team, the photos were of a great standard as was their lead generation and supportiveness throughout the entire process. We had a good number of quality viewings and were under offer within weeks. Post offer being accepted all the way to exchange they were fantastic. GoogleWe would not recommend Henry Adams as an estate agent. There was poor communication from them at every step. We always had to phone them to gain any information. We found their knowledge and expertise lacking.
