It was with some trepidation that we entered the property market for the first time in over 25 years. We settled on Henry Adams Horsham as our selling Estate Agent of choice primarily because they had properties that caught our eye as buyer. With the initial guidance of Nick Hapgood and then the ongoing support of the ever diligent Emma Crouch who found the perfect buyer. The ever professional Emma, in particular, and her colleagues helped us through all the the initial selling phases and beyond to a successful outcome. Throughout the whole process they were extremely professional in dealing with all matters that came up, as well as keeping us clearly appraised of the situation at all times and as things changed. I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. If I could give Henry Adams Lettings Chichester less than one star I would. As tenants paying an inflated monthly rent for a small, tired property in Chichester, which we rented for nine months, we could not have experienced worse customer service. There were countless problems with the property which were either not addressed at all, or addressed incredibly slowly and incompetently by the staff at Henry Adams Lettings Chichester. As a result, we suffered nine months of discomfort, inconvenience and stress. During our tenancy there was a high turnover of staff and a clear lack of leadership at Henry Adams Lettings Chichester. Needless to say, we would certainly not recommend them!

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D
