AWFUL - WOLVES - harassed me during lockdown in 2021 - TRAVEL and TOURISM sector did not need this ontop of everything else going on - pushed me out in the end - judged and assumed but only made and ass out of themselves. What goes around comes around Emily! AND after I upscaled the damp apartment and garden the landlord put the rent up! Hang your heads in shame! Not even worthy of a 1 star!

Throughout my local house hunting I found the Henry Adams team, and Oliver and Daniel in particular, to be extremely knowledgeable about the Petersfield and surrounding villages property market. I hugely valued the expertise they were able to provide me. I was also really impressed with their friendly and courteous manner. They returned messages and emails promptly and went out of their way to help. I would highly recommend their personable service to people looking to buy and sell in this area.

Would highly recommend Henry Adams Lettings - I am with the Bognor Regis office and the entire team are professional, efficient and friendly. My main point of contact is Alison and she has been outstanding in helping to resolve an issue - regularly calling and emailing to keep me updated and is extremely understanding and efficient - her help has been very much appreciated.

TrustpilotSeem good at first but then cracks appear quick
They seem really good at first, but then as weeks and months go by, you notice malicious and incompetent behaviour.They never seem to get my email correct, especially upon needing my deposit back. They visit your flat while you’re away despite you asking them not to (illegal), and when you visit the office, you see why they are less diligent. Fortunately I won’t have to use these again. Disappointed basically.

My husband and I want to relocate from Suffolk to the South Downs snd I wanted to view a property. Henry Adam’s were obstructive snd unhelpful (not great for the seller) and when I did get to view the property were rushing me round the house. Two days later I asked to have a second viewing. I was rushed round the property in 20 minutes. Not a very professional attitude / the house was selling for 830k and they expected me to make a decision in less than an hour. Bad attitude!

GoogleI cannot praise the entire team at the Horsham branch highly enough. They dealt with everything for us, at a very distressing time. They worked so hard to find the right buyer and the right price. Best experience I have had in dealing with estate agents. Thank you Henry Adams.

It can't be any better than 1 star.As soon as you sign that tenancy contract they disappear...No response to any requests. When you start dropping F bombs they may come back with some annual leave or story, etc.Very poor service. I basically repair things on my own cost as asking them about anything is a big deal.You won't get far running business like this. I feel sorry for the guy who owns the agency as those people don't do their job even at a minimum level.Dude, if you see this - you need to let go some people...

GoogleNot a recommendation for those renting houses in Horsham as therefore they will con you out of the money at the end of your tenancy and also they will conveniently act fast for plumbing issues but any other issue i.e mould near window seals broken garage door operating machines etc. they will not act upon that their service is rubbish and useless anyone renting a house with an agency Henry Adams is NOT a recommendation as therefore they may be racist lazy any pictures taken to report the problem will get deleted or shredded and thrown away and they will do anything until they win the point across services are slow financially greedy and cruel they are also evil so anyone renting a house with Henry Adams is asking for a death wish (PUBLIC NOTICE IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE TO REPORT USERS THAT ARE TRYING THEIR HARDEST TO PREVENT OTHER PEOPLE FROM FALLING INTO THE TRAPS OF HENRY ADAMS AS THEREFORE WHAT IS WRITTEN DOWN EXPLAINS THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS BUSINESS AND HOW ITS BEING ASSESSED).

GoogleHenry Adams sold our house quickly, and for a price we whre happy with. I was unhappy with the service and mixed message I received during the latter half of the sale, and I totally lost trust with one of their team. On that basis I couldn't recommend Henry Adams.

In regards to the later part of the transaction and upon review we can advise that a change of team member to deal with the sale was drafted to provide the extra time due to complexities of your on-going purchase. This may have resulted in the mixed messages but we would hope that you would agree that this enabled the successful completion of your transaction and maintaining your buyer at the agreed price.

I rang the Emsworth office enquiring about a property to rent the property had been let but the agent was completely disinterested and simply said to register . No enquiry about what am looking for or any other offer of assistance. Very poor first impression suggests that they get so much business they don't have to bother being polite or helpful !!!

Very disappointing with their very poor advice and valuation when I called them in to carry out a valuation.Probably,a chimpanzee could have out performed Henry Adams,who wanted to charge highest commission and also had the cheek to want the client to pay for professional photography.If you list the property at such a low price as they often do,they are NOT acting in your best interest.AVOID!!

YellDo not lose your money
this company was supposed to fully manage my property for a year. My tenants repainted and redecorated the property without permission. Due to Henry Adams' lack of any evidence to the contrary I was left over £1000 out of pocket. It's the perfect firm to rent a property off as you can do what you like. However, do not dream of letting your property through them. I wrote that without swearing too, a miracle when thinking about their incompetence.

GoogleI recently moved out of a Henry Adams managed flat that I rented. I could not be happier with the service they provided over the 5 and a half years I lived there. The moving process was seamless and they were so helpful and understanding the whole way through. It was a great experience for a first time renter, especially as I did not feel ripped off by excessive fees like some other letting agents.
