Awful staff in this agency. Rude on the phone. Take weeks to fix things as simple as replacing a smoke alarm. And when you leave the rented property be prepared to wait a long time to get your deposit back and dont expect any communication from these cowboys! Avoid!!

Henry Adams have been brilliant from advising me what to buy as a rental property to finding tenants and managing the relationship between us all. They also look after my two properties well and keep me informed as and when if any work is needed and are happy to proactively manage this on my behalf. I find them easy to deal with, friendly and very professional.
