We were recently house hunting in Horsham for a few weeks using various estate agents. Alison from Henry Adams was the only one that listened to exactly what we were looking for and alerted us as soon as a property matching our preferences came onto the market. After finding the perfect property, and acceptance of our offer, the purchase formalities progressed smoothly under Alison's watchful eye. We are now settling into our new home, and are extremely happy with the whole purchase process and highly recommend Henry Adams to any prospective purchasers.

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D

We bought a house through Henry Adams and was lucky enough to have the pleasure of Gemma overseeing the process. All the staff from speaking to Henry Adams on the phone lovely and polite throughout. Gemma has a lovely way about her. Not only is she professional but a very kind person who always had the time to speak to me on the phone over the silly questions I may have had. Anyone that decided to go with Henry Adams will be in great hands and anyone who may have the opportunity to have gemma as your estate agent will be lucky. All round great experience with a lovely bunch of people and because of gemma we are now in our dream home. Five stars for gemma and Henry Adams and words can’t express our thanks

Highly recommend Henry Adams

Henry Adams, and in particular Lesley-Anne, were extremely helpful in finding us a rental for my elderly parents. Communication was good and once a property had been decided on the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Their 6 month rental is now up so we have once again asked Lesley-Anne to help find us a new property.

Their local handy man has done an absolutely awful job this is only seen now down the line ,not really sure what we've been paying for I suppose buy cheap by twice !.
