GoogleWe appointed Henry Adams to sell our property in Horsham. Throughout the whole process they were extremely professional in dealing with all matters that came up, as well as keeping us clearly appraised of the situation at all times and as things changed. Of course you'd want to know how well they did marketing our property and we could not be happier when they delivered several offers that were significantly higher than our asking price following an open day. We settled on Henry Adams Horsham as our selling Estate Agent of choice primarily because they had properties that caught our eye as buyer. GoogleWe have been extremely happy with the way in which Henry Adams of Horsham have handled the marketing and sale of my deceased cousin’s house, particularly as we live in The Midlands and dealing with things from a distance. Sarah Pearce has listened to our wishes, kept us informed at all times and been extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to communicate with. The marketing of the property generated much interest and we received many offers and achieved a quick sale. I recently purchased a property through Henry Adams in Selsey, given it was a leasehold flat and the management company was not helpful, I have to say a big thank you to the team, but especially to Kevin for his patience, tenacity and professionalism throughout. He went that extra mile to do everything possible for what turned out to be a difficult and lengthy process which would have been so much simpler had the management company been more proactive and communicative. I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property. I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D
