We cannot recommend Henry Adams highly enough. They were kind, thoughtful, patient, so efficient and quick to respond and act on our behalf. We have the house of our dreams and owe it all to Charlie. Matt has been wonderful at answering all our questions now we are moved in. We are over the moon.

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

I have recently used henry Adams for a purchase through Horsham branch. My agent was William Papworth who was excellent, always very helpful and accommodating. I also dealty with other mebers of staff in the Horsham branch who were just as helpful. I would definately recommend this estate agent. I can't thank them enough

Truely appalling before, during and after our sale process concluded. We are currently pursuing a legal remedy against Henry Adams, Horsham as they were in breach of their fiduciary duties to us as their client. Additionally, they did not inform us when the sale fell through, but instead felt it was appropriate to tell other parties without telling us. Both our solicitor and two other Agents in the chain said they felt that this branch of Henry Adams were disingenuous throughout, and had only hindered the process, possibly strongly influencing the buyers ultimate decision to withdraw. Avoid.

What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful. This could have been a very stressful time for us as we have a slightly unique financial situation but he made us feel so optimistic, and helped at every opportunity. He was an absolute delight to speak to and I honestly don't think there is anything he could have done to make this a smoother process, completely stand out service. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful correspondence and overall cheerful manner throughout, sending us properties and keeping us in mind. We are over the moon with the property we have finalised on. I have no doubt Alex will go far within the company and deserves all the best. Their Sales Manager Alice Peach kept us informed of the progress of our purchase and provided more information on the progress of our house sale than the combined efforts our our solicitor and our sales estate agent. I would recommend Henry Adams and if I ever move again, they would be my first choice of estate agent.

We had a great experience with Henry Adams when renting a property, Alex Bush at the Storrington branch was friendly, approachable and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. Henry Adams in general felt very different to the norm with letting agents who usually couldn't care less and just build up as many random fees as possible. We even got a cute little welcome box with some treats in and a card which I felt was a lovely touch. Our experience was a breeze from start to finish and we would definitely use Henry Adams again.
